According to Randy's Right blog [click here to see], North Carolinians will be lining up 4th in the march, and other states will be lining up in alphabetical order behind them.
North Carolinians will be gathering near the fountain on the 14th street side of Freedom Plaza.
Look for the NC flags flying above the crowd.
The suggested time to be there is by 8am 9/12/09
