Phase I

I think we've gathered enough information to start Phase I of our Project, and will be conducted behind a firewall at CPU-USA. Our target date for completion is late 2011, so it will be a relatively long-term commitment. We hope to have part of it in place by the 2010 elections to give it a selected trial run in the 11th District to work out the bugs under fire.

In order to participate, you must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and your signature notarized.
