Dear Fellow American Citizen,

I urge you to immediately sign the NO! TO AMNESTY FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS Petition to President Barack Obama and the new 111th Congress without delay.

Failure to do so will almost certainly result in the rewarding of up to 20-30 million more illegal aliens with United States citizenship as early as May of this year!

That's how fast our new pro-amnesty President and Congress may well move unless Americans unite quickly and rise up to say NO! to amnesty for illegal aliens.

And make no mistake: We fail at our own peril.

If President Obama and the new Congress grant amnesty to the tens of millions of illegal aliens already here, millions more will soon follow -- and that will be a true catastrophe that will pose a clear and present danger to our nation's security, sovereignty, liberty and very survival!

Bottom line? Our nation's already swamped emergency rooms, schools, prisons, and courts cannot tolerate a massive new influx of illegal aliens. Neither can our highways, infrastructure or environment.

But all that's now standing in the way of blanket amnesty for millions of illegal aliens are you and me.

So please -- Sign our Petition TODAY!

Sincerely,

Diana Hull, Ph.D.

GovTrack's bill text viewer has been recently updated. While we work out the kinks in the new viewer, archival legislative text may not be available. Your comments and suggestions for the new viewer are welcome. This version: Enrolled Bill. This is the final text of the bill or resolution as approved by both the Senate and House, as it is sent to the President in the case of a bill. This is the latest version of the bill available on this website.

For Greg:

Further info on Bakken Oil. I went to Snopes.com/Bakken information and they said that there was some truth to the article and some untruth. Hope you find this helpful.

For Greg

Sorry but my brother couldn't remember the source, but I found something about it on Energy Captial.com/Bakkan Oil
Sparky Comment by Sparky on April 25, 2009 at 8:51pm
Oil Supply, my brother sent this email to me. He didn't tell me his source.

message dated 3/24/2009 11:30:38 A.M.. Eastern Daylight Time, :
The U. S... Geological Service issued a report in April ('08) that only scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big. It was a revised report (hadn't been updated since '95) on how much oil was in this area of the western 2/3 of North Dakota ; western South Dakota ; and extreme eastern Montana ...... check THIS out:

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska 's Prudhoe Bay , and has the potential to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels.. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable... at $107 a barrel, we're looking at a resource base worth more than $5.3 trillion.

'When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea..' says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature's financial analyst.

'This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found in the past 56 years.' reports, The Pittsburgh Post Gazette. It's a formation known as the Williston Basin , but is more commonly referred to as the 'Bakken.' And it stretches from Northern Montana, through North Dakota and into Canada . For years, U. S. oil exploration has been considered a dead end. Even the 'Big Oil' companies gave up searching for major oil wells decades ago. However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken's massive reserves..... and we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels. And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 41 years straight.

2. And if THAT didn't throw you on the floor, then this next one should - because it's from TWO YEARS AGO!

U. S. Oil Discovery- Largest Reserve in the World!
Stansberry Report Online - 4/20/2006

Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the largest untapped oil reserve in the world. It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels. On August 8, 2005 President Bush mandated its extraction. In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted. With this motherload of oil why are we still fighting over off-shore drilling?

They reported this stunning news: We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth. Here are the official estimates:

- 8-times as much oil as Saudi Arabia
- 18-times as much oil as Iraq
- 21-times as much oil as Kuwait
- 22-times as much oil as Iran
- 500-times as much oil as Yemen
- and it's all right here in the Western United States .

HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people dictate our lives and our economy....WHY?

James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we've got more oil in this very compact area than the entire Middle East -more than 2 TRILLION barrels untapped. That's more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the world today, reports The Denver Post.

Don't think 'OPEC' will drop its price - even with this find? Think again! It's all about the competitive marketplace, - it has to. Think OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists?
Got your attention/ire up yet? Hope so! Now, while you're thinking about it .... and hopefully P.O'd, do this:

3. Pass this along. If you don't take a little time to do this, then you should stifle yourself the next time you want to complain about gas prices .. because by doing NOTHING, you've forfeited your right to complain.
--------
Now I just wonder what would happen in this country if every one of you sent this to every one in your address book.
By the way...this is all true.. Check it out at the link below!
GOOGLE it or follow this link. It will blow your mind.

Eric, with all due respect....It makes no difference if it was meant to be used as a term for man/woman or man/man.....I won't argue who started the term tea bagging...the term "tea bagging" is also a popular slang word for a homosexual sex act that involves the scrotum (the tea bag) and the mouth.

I am in no way saying that they should not have the right to speak...However such vile attacks should not be published in a format that is used in my child's school...My kids read the Franklin Press at their school.....The Franklin Press has a responsibility to uphold a decent format...They have the right to say and print what they want and I have the right to complain.

It is a double standard.....If I was to "rant" about liberals and called them vile names do you think the Franklin Press would publish it? The answer is no!

respectfully,
Robert...

The Franklin Press ran a TeaParty story today in the Franklin Press...The article was pretty fair until I got down to the Rants and Raves section...

Here is just a snippet of one: "Hey teabaggers, how was your hate rally?

I find it disgusting that the Franklin Press would publish such filth....I guess they did not see the backlash that MSNBC and CNN received from their insulting Homosexual remarks towards people exercising their right to assemble..

for those who do not know what the TeaBagging term means.....It is a term coined by homosexuals......it is when a man places a certain part of their private parts in the other mans mouth(sic).....

The Franklin Press published not one but two rants with the term "teabaggers".

I am asking everyone that cares to call the Rants & Raves hot line at 828-369-0568 after 5pm and let them know how you feel about the FP publishing such filth spewed towards its citizens...

Here is the Rants&Raves message line: 828-369-0568 (after 5pm only)

Here is the Franklin Press direct line: 828-524-2010

the FP publishers email: Rachel Hoskins rhoskins@thefranklinpress.com
